Properties We Buy
We acquire properties that are vacant, abandoned, or deteriorated (VAD). By buying properties that are often blighted and negatively affect surrounding property values, we are able to steward these properties on behalf of the public and attract new investment opportunities for them.

Vacant Properties
Real estate properties that are empty, unoccupied and possibly unclaimed.
Abandoned Properties
Personal property or real estate properties that have been left by the owner or are no longer maintained. These houses are typically left without being occupied by tenants and may have sat on the market for an extended period. Abandoned houses usually are fire damaged, destroyed by natural disasters, or time.
Deteriorated Properties
Real estate properties that have lost value due to physical wear and tear or other elements over time. They are often determined to be unfit for habitation by health, housing or building inspections.
