Looking to buy a property? As a nonprofit organization, rather than selling to the highest bidder, we seek to sell our properties to qualified buyers who align with our mission of enhancing community development and meeting housing needs of those in the southern Indiana region. As such, anyone who wishes to purchase a property through us will need to apply for that property on our partner website linked above, epropertyplus.com.

Once on epropertyplus.com, prospective buyers will need to make an account or login— inputting their name, email address, and username and password. This process should take you about 1 minute to complete. Once you have an account, you can apply for any property you wish without ever needing to make an account again.

After making an account and/or logging in, prospective buyers can search for specific properties or “view all properties” for sale. Once you have found the property you are looking for, you can hit the “apply for this property” button and begin the application process!

Do you have a vacant, abandoned, or deteriorated property that is proving to be a burden due to tax and maintenance costs? We are interested in acquiring such properties and preparing them for redevelopment. In this way, the properties we buy from you may assist in meeting community housing and revitalization needs.

We often reach out to homeowners to spread awareness about our mission and the possibility of buying such properties to benefit community residential and commercial development. However, we may not be aware of all potential properties and/or homeowners looking to sell those properties.
